As part of my freelance work, I was tasked to design a website for an international snorkel tours company based in Japan. The client was in the process of branding for the Hawaii market and needed a website to promote their tours. I used the concept of waves and water for the design and incorporated some background images from the client’s Japanese website. With the amount of content at the time, it was decided by stakeholders to create a one-pager layout. Clicking on a tour would pop up the client’s booking engine and start the booking process.
Project Goals:
- Re-design client’s website catered to a new Hawaii demographic
- Emphasize the various tours being offered
- Promote fun by showcasing client’s various videos
